It may seem too easy, but go ahead and ask! Asking your happy clients to leave a positive review for you online is the best way to get good reviews. It doesn't need to sound pushy or aggressive. Try one of these techniques:
Probably the best way to do this is to have one of your front office administrators ask, rather than the person providing the service. It can be as simple as, "How did your appointment go today?" If they say, "Very well,” follow up with "Would you be willing to give us a positive review online? It would really help us to get our name out there and let people know what we are about.” If they agree, do one of the following:

Ask for the client’s email address and send them a follow up email. This technique gets the best results, since the clients are already on their computers when they get the reminder. WordJack can provide you with an email template. Here's an example:

In addition to providing feedback, online reviews can help other customers learn about who we are & about the services we offer. They are also a great way to give referrals to your family & friends.

People generally rely most heavily on the advice of their friends or other customers when they are looking for a particular service. Most people give informal referrals and reviews all the time. There is no need to be bashful about asking. Also if your customers are happy with you, they may want to help, so they can keep doing business with you in future.
