My client left a great review of my business online. My job is done, right?
When clients leave positive reviews for your business online, they have increased your reputation and are helping to bring you more business. Show your clients you appreciate the reviews, and thank them. This is not only great customer service, but it will further increase your reputation with your clients and may encourage them to post additional positive reviews on other review sites. How can you thank them?
You could send an email saying thanks or make a note to thank them in person the next time they come in. It doesn’t have to be difficult. Simply state that you saw the review and that you appreciate their feedback and their support of your business.
An even better way to thank your customers would be to give each of them a coupon for their next visit. They took some of their valuable time to help you out. It's a great opportunity to return the favor, ensure they return, and increase your reputation with them even more!
